Interpark API Instruction

Why we use the API and What is the API?

If you want to process your sales order remotely via Smartship, you will be required to link your sales site with Smartship through API integration. Once you link your accounts, Smartship can pull the sales orders, confirm order and update tracking information accordingly.
Whenever Smartship calls the API of the Sales site, it is required to get the authorization for access. And the sales site will generate the ‘API Key’ to each account and it works as the credentials. Thus Smartship will ask your ‘API Key’ instead of Login credentials.
This documents will explain how to set API integration with Interpark and how it works.
Requirements
Smartship requires below information to access your Interpark orders.
Shop ID : Interpark seller manager ID
Company Number : Issued by Interpark(see guide below)
Supply Contract Serial Number : Issued by Interpark(see guide below)

Setting up Interpark API for Smartship

1. Get API KEY from Interpark

Interpark Services requires the following steps to register a smartship solution in your account.
If you signed up for a smart ship at Interpark, the following procedure is not necessary. However, if you have previously used a solution from another company, even if you have registered for interworking, you need to contact Interpark Customer Center to change the solution according to the procedure below. Please note that only one solution can be registered in one supply contract due to Interpark's policy.

Log int to the Interpark API homepage and get the product API issued from the menu above.
2.
After receiving the API, please send an approval request email to Interpark API Help Desk according to the form below. If you need to apply, please contact api@interparkshop.com by email with the following information.
Company Name: Seller Company Name
Company Number/Supply Contract Serial Number : Check with Interpark Seller Manager (see image below) 1) Login to Seller Manager 2) Select "Manage seller information > Manage management account (id)" from the left menu 3) Check "Company/Supply Contract Number" within "Administrator Account List" on the screen that appears
ID : Seller Interpark ID
Contact Name : Contact Name
Contact E-mail : Contact E-mail
Solution Name : Smartship (The solution name must be written as Smartship to be used in Smartship.)
Sales link : Selling product URL

2. Register Interpark API KEY on Smartship

Path : Smartship > Order > Sales Site API > API Setting
You can set up API connection by following the steps below.
1.
After entering the Sales Site API settings page, Click the "New registration" button at the top.
2.
Select “Interpark" Logo, click the [Next] button at the bottom, and proceed to the Setting up API Key step.
3.
Please enter the information necessary for setting up API linkage and register.
Shop ID : Enter Interpark Seller ID.
Company Number : Enter the company number that you checked in 1. Get API KEY from Interpark.
Supply Contract Serial Number : Enter the Supply contract serial number that you checked in 1. Get API KEY from Interpark.
Please also select other options. Details can be found below.

We request to set your order processing options for your work efficiency. Here are the basic options you can set.

Check API settings information

After registration the API, you can test connection to verify.
Click the [Test Connection] button to verify that the connection is successful.

Collectable Interpark Order Status

Smartship pulls orders with, “New Order” &“To Ship” status, among sales orders from Interpark.
If the waybill is printed or make status changed after delivery starting, then Smartship can’t get the correct info.
In this case, you must create shipping orders at Smartship by manually.
Please note that all "New Orders" will be updated to "To Ship" status when orders are linked in Smartship.

Update Interpark Order Linked Invoice Number

Tracking No is updated to Interpark when a cargo with packing label is received in the QFC (QX Warehouse) or when the invoice is printed from the Smartship.
If the tracking no is updated when it is received in QFC, it will be updated with the carrier's courier name and tracking no On the other hand, if you print out and update the invoice from Smartship, the courier will use other courier service, and the invoice number will be QSP...It is updated in the form of . * There is no problem tracking shipping information on the customer's screen.

If you want to print a packing label or invoice, you can go to the following path to print it out.

Connecting SKU to the product sold (When using Fullfillment)

If you want to use Auto Stock Qty Sync and fulfillment services, please connect the Smartship SKU to the Interpark product.
Path : Interpark seller manage > Product management > Product inquiry/modification
1.
Enter the code for each product on the Interpark Product registration screen.
In your product managing page, input the value to “Seller product number” to map with, if it is a single product without an option.
Enter the “Management code” for each option if it is an optional selection.
Path : Smartship > Inventory > SKU Management

Move to Smartship SKU Management menu.
2.
In the SmartShip SKU, enter the same product code that you entered in 1. How to set option management code on sales site.
For a single product with no options
Register a SKU of a single option type, and enter a 'Seller defined code'.
For multi-product with options
Enter ‘Seller defined code’ in the ‘Option SKU Info’ tab.
If you're registering and mapping a large number of products, it's helpful to include your "SKU Seller Management Code" when uploading to Excel.
3. Once the above is done, it will be created as a fulfillment order from the time the order is linked, and the inventory quantity will be synchronized at the time of shipment.
