2. Request for Return to Seller
What is a Return?

A return can be requested if you want your failed delivery sent back to you.

Once the return order is registered, it will be shipped within 1β2 business days.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from TxMoney.

Customs brokers may contact you for shipments that require verification upon re-import. Any delay in response may cause additional delays.

When returning goods to Korea, customs duties or document submission may be required from the recipient.
