I want to withdraw my membership / Can I refund TxMoney?

Refunds of the charged TxMoney balance can be refunded for the amount minus the payment agency fee and other 10% fees only when the smart delivery service is no longer used and membership is withdrawn.
** If the balance is over 10 USD, you can request a refund, and the refund process may take about 2 months.
