If you need to arrange return delivery for the delivered items, you can simply request via Smartship. Smartship Return Delivery is only available in Korea, Japan and Singapore. (Delivery country, Overseas return is not ready yet.)
Register Retrun Delivery One by One
Path : Order > Return > Request Return

If you try to make return requests for the exisiting Smartship shipping order, then please click [Search] button. With this function, we will input the information automatically using the information of original orders.

For the Address to visit for collection, please input the buyer’s information, that is, the address and contact information that the courier will visit for collection.
3.
For the Address to be returned, please input the address for return collection. You may return the goods to the designated QFC centers or can select to the address book.

Selectable QFC centers : KR Seoul, JP Tokyo, SG DPC 1

All return shipping will be gathering to the above 3 centers and the parcel will be kept in these centers, even you didn’t have contract with the designated centers.

If you are willing to ask return to the QFC centers, SKU could be returned to the lack or it could be be kept for up to 90 days. After 90 days, your parcels would be disposed, so please contact the manager beforehand.

Next, please enter the product information to be returned.

After all the information is given, you can click [ Create Return Order ] button and will create return order.
Return collection will be started the next business day with designated local couriers.

For the returning of international delivery is not available due to customs clearance issues. Ex) orignal shipping order is from Korea to Japan, you only request return Japan to Japan address.
Request Return Order from Claimed Order
Path : Claim
1.
Select Refund/Return Orders in the table above.
2.
Check ‘Apply for the Smartship Return Service’ and click [Save Return Delivery] Button in the Save Return Delivery Info section.
3.
Press the [SmartShip Return Delivery] button to send and return a collection request to the SmartShip designated courier.
