How to use Cancelled Delivery menu?

Path: Orders > Cancelled Order
Smartship will see the deleted delivery orders as Cancelled Delivery. There are 2 main reasons on the cancellation.
Cancelled by the seller - This means the case that you directly cancel the orders at Smartship.
Cancelled by the buyer - This means that the sales order is cancelled at the sales site.
Once the delivery is cancelled, you will be no longer able to see/search the original orders at Order Managment menu and only will be able to see this new cancelled delivery menu.
If you want to restore the cancelled delivery back to the normal, you can request resync or restore. and here are the differences.
Resync
The orignal order should be created via API from the sales site.
At the point of requesting sync, the sales order’s stauts should be vaild - not on claim, and not updated to be on delivery.
If there are modifications on sales order, after order cancellations on Smartship, the updated information will be reflected to the Smartship resynced orders.
Resync is not working directly upon your request, so please be aware it takes time to be restored.
If the cancellation date is not same with the order payment date, resync could be failed.
Upon resync orders, new packing no. will be generated - Original packing no. is no longer vaild.
Order processing jobs should be starting from the beginning - order confirmation, printing waybills, requesting pickup.
Restore
The original order should be made via Excel or manual work.
If there are duplicated orders alive, restore could be failed. Please be aware that cancelled order can’t be modified.
The original packing no. will be remain as the same upon restoration.

This is an area that you can set the filter to search.

This is an area that shows your cancelled orders by rthe reason.
Delivery Cancelled (Sales Site API) : This is showing the orders cancelled by you/the seller and the original order created via API. In this case, you can request to resync, if the sales order is still vaild. Please be informed that new packing no. will be generated upon resync.
Delivery Cancelled (Excel/Manal Registered) : This is showing the orders cancelled by you/the seller and the original order created via Excel or UI. In this case, you can request to restore unless duplicated order found.
Sales Cancelled : This is showing the orders made via API, but it is found that sales order was cancelled. This type of orders can’t be resync/restore.

2. How to Resync/Restore?

2-1. Resync Cancelled Orders

Cancelled API orders can be categorzing as follow:
Resync Available : This is the case the order cancelled by you/the seller and not requested to sync yet.
Resyncing : This is on progress to resync upon your request.
Resynced : This is the case when the task is completed and you will be able to see the newly generated packing no.
Failed to Resync : This is the case the resync job is failed due to the server error, invaild sales site’s order. Please check the order status on the sales site. Request to resync for the failed order is allowed.
Resync Unavailable : This is the case when the cancellation was made too long time ago or the service is not ready. If the cancellation made before 14 days, the resync is not allowed.

If you would like to request to resync, please click the button.
This button will only appears under “Resync Available” and “Failed to Resync”.
Restore Cancelled Orders

If you directly cancelled the orders made through UI or excel upload, you can request to restore. and the cancelled orders are categorzing as follow;
Recoverable : This is the case the order cancelled by you/the seller and not requested to restore yet.
Failed to Recover : This is the case the restore job is failed due to the server error, being duplicated. site’s order. Request to restore for the failed order is allowed.
Unrecoverable: This is the case when the cancellation was made too long time ago or the service is not ready. If the cancellation made before 14 days, the restore is not allowed.

If you would like to request to recover, please click the button.
If you restore an order, please note that the existing packing number will be used, and it will no longer appear on the canceled orders management page.
This button will only appears under “Recoverable” and “Failed to recover”.
