Generating and Printing Shipping / Packing Label

After completing order registration, print the shipping label, attach it to the box, and request pickup.

1. What is shipping label?

A smart invoice is an shipping label that is attached to the packaging box after registering an order on smartship and before requesting pickup for product shipment. Pickup is not possible unless you print the shipping label and attach it to the box, so be sure to print the shipping and request pickup.

Registered Date : You can search by the date your order was registered.
Search Orders - By Order Registration History : You can view registered orders from all sales sites. - By Sales Sites : You can search for orders by sales site.

Printable Waybills by Couriers
If a shipping company has already been designated on the shopping site : Some shopping sites, such as Shopee, assign shipping carriers to your orders, and waybills are also provided by the shopping site.
When shipping via smartship service : If a courier has not already been designated, we use the smartship shipping service. Smartship shipping service automatically selects the optimal shipping company based on the shipping route.

1-2. How to create and print shipping label

Path : Waybill > Print Waybill
There are two ways to create and print shipping label depending on whether the shipping company is assigned or unassigned.

How to print an shipping label for orders that are not assigned to a shipping company

If you click the [Need to Assing] tab, you can check orders for which a carrier has not been assigned.

Please select the order that requires carrier assignment.

Please enter shipping address information.
4.
Please select a shipping service type. (If you are not a linked seller, it will be fixed to Basic service.)
What is the shipping service type? Seller who subscribes to Tmon/WeMakePrice/Interpark can select the shipping service type. (KR only, if you are not a linked seller, you will be fixed to Basic service.)
Basic: Low cost, but delivery may be a bit slow. This is the existing Qxpress pickup service, and the designated pickup carrier picks up.
Premium: The cost is a little higher, but delivery is faster. This is the existing Qxpress shipping service (Hanjin Express), and the actual delivery company picks up. (In some cases, the actual shipping company may not pick it up)

When you press the [Assign Carrier & Generate Shipping Label] button, a shipping company is assigned. (QXPRESS is assigned as the default shipping company, and the existing QSP number is assigned as the shipping label number.)

Please press the [Qxpress] button.
7.
Please select the order for which you want to print an shipping label.

Please press the [Print Shipping Label] button.
9.
After printing the shipping label, attach it to the packaging box.

How to print an shipping label for an order with a pre-shipped carrier assigned

1.
If a pre-shipping carrier is set up, it will be displayed at the top. (Press the [Korea Express] button when printing invoices for orders assigned to CJ.)

Please select the order for which you want to print an shipping label.
3.
Please enter shipping address information.
4.
Click the [Print Shipping Label] button. The [Print Shipping Label] button appears after printing the invoice.
5.
After printing the shipping label, attach it to the packaging box.

2. What is print history?

After printing the shipping label, you can check the print details. If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been shipping label, you can reprint the shipping label.

How to reprint shipping label

Path: Waybill > Print Waybill
1.
From the print history, select the order for which you need to reprint the shipping label.

Please check the box.
3.
Please check the shipping address.
4.
If you click the [Re-print] button, a new shipping label will be printed.

3. What is directly register shipping label?

The “Directly register Shipping Label” function has been added, allowing sellers to directly register the shipping company and invoice number they use. The information you entered will be reflected in the shopping mall order delivery information and processed.
Path: Waybill > Delivery Confirmation
1.
Please select the order for which you would like to enter the courier company and waybill number.
2.
Please press the [Enter WayBill no.] button.
3.
Please enter the courier company, tracking number, and expected delivery date.
4.
Please press the [Save] button.
5.
When you press the [OK] button, the shipping company and invoice number entered in the shopping mall order will be registered, and the status will be changed to shipped processing.
Directly register shipping label is only available for Qoo10/domestic delivery orders.

4. How to print packing labels?

Packing labels can be printed only for orders that have been assigned to the Qxpress.
1.
Please click the [Qxpress] button.
2.
Please select order.
3.
Please click the [Label Print] button.
4.
You can print the label by click the [Print] button.

Setting Packing Label Print Options

1.
Label printing options
Label paper (A4 size) : This is a printing option used when printing with a regular printer.
Label printer (Personal) : This is a printing option used when printing with a label printer.

Packing Label Size
98.9mm*92.7mm (6 compartments based on A4)
99.1mm*67.5mm (8 compartments based on A4)
98.8mm*152mm (2 compartments based on A4)
3.
Product Information Location
SmartShip Product Information: Displays the seller-defined code entered when registering the product in SmartShip.
Sales Order Information: Displays the seller option name set for the product on the sales site. This option works correctly only for orders integrated via API.

Including Item Option Details Y/N
Including Option : A name other than the product name is also displayed.
Print with Item Option Name : Displayed including the product option name.
Print with User Defined Code : Displayed including the User defined code entered when registering the product in Smartship.
Print with Seller Option Code (API Only) : Displayed including the name of the seller option set for the product on the sales site. This option only applies to API linked orders.
Excluding option : Only the product name is displayed.
5.
Packing Label Arrangement Options
Arranged by Order Creation Date : If there are multiple orders for one packing number (QSP no.), they are sorted and displayed based on the order registration date.
Arranged by Item Name & Options Name : If there are multiple orders for one packing number (QSP no.), they are sorted and displayed based on product name and option name.
