Membership type
There are two types of QXPRESS smartship membership: ‘Basic Member’ and ‘Business Member’. If you are a seller running a business on an e-commerce platform, you must register by selecting the ‘Business Member’ type.
Membership Sign-up Steps and Required Information
Signing up for smartship membership consists of four major steps. In the case of ‘Basic Member’, registration is completed by entering only the required information. To register as a ‘business member’, you must enter business information in addition to the basic information.

Required basic information
•
E-mail: Smartship's user ID is in the form of an e-mail address. To sign up as a ‘business member’ and use the service, you must receive email authentication, so you must use an email address that you use and can receive emails.
•
Password: Make a password of at least 8 characters with a combination of English uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
•

Labels marked with • mark must be entered at all stages of membership registration. When a valid value is entered, it changes to a mark.

Enter the correct email address.

Click the [Check] button to check whether the account has been registered previously.
3.
Enter your password and enter it one more time to make sure you entered it correctly.
4.
Please enter mobile phone number.
5.
1~4 If all the information in is entered correctly, the [Next] button will be activated. Please click.

In step 2, enter business information. Among the business information, the following are required.
•
Country : The country determines the currency in which QXPRESS service charges, such as shipping fees. Please select a country to handle actual shipping.
•
Company name (Korean and English)
•
Company address (Korean and English)
•
Company phone number
•
Industry and type of business
•
Business Registration Number
•
Business Registration Certificate (in JPG, PNG, PDF file format, you can upload up to 4MB)
Create Qoo10 Account / Accept Terms & Conditions
After entering the business information, finally choose whether you want to create a Qoo10 account.
Shipping and other expenses from using the smartship service will be paid by charging a credit called QxMoney.
A Qoo10 user account is required for QxMoney top-up.
This account is for using Qoo10's payment method when charging QxMoney, and has nothing to do with the use of other normal Qoo10 services.
Even if you have an existing Qoo10 account, selecting [Create a new Qoo10 account automatically] will not interfere with your use of the service.
After checking the terms of service and agreeing to automatic tariff payment, click the [Smartship Member Registration] button to complete the membership application.
Email verification
When you complete the membership application as a ‘business member’, an email containing an ‘mail verification link’ will be sent to the email address you entered.
Click the [Verify] button in the e-mail to complete the e-mail address verification.
Notes on Email Verification
•
Email verification is valid for up to 14 days. If you do not verify your email, instructions will be displayed at the top after logging in to SmartShip.
•
If you do not complete email address verification within 14 days, access to the service will be blocked.
•
If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam folder.
Application for service (Only for KR sellers)
If you complete the application for membership as a ‘business member’, you will be in a waiting state for approval. If you email us some information, including the size of your shipment volume, the manager in charge will quickly check and process it for you.
