Order product information must match the registered product information.
The product name registered at the time of product registration and the product name at the time of shipping registration must be identical. (inculding spaces)
Also, if an option is registered in product information management, you must enter the same option in Shipping Registration Excel> Item Option.

If you have entered a non-shipping country, please check if it is a country that can be shipped.
