If you have an account with duplicate emails
When initially signing up for the Smartship service, duplicate emails are allowed, so different Smartship account IDs may have the same email. When searching for a password, if the email is duplicated, you must enter an additional ID.
To reset the password for the account logging in with your email address, enter your email address once more in the ID field.
