The order was canceled after I sent it through Qxpress. Can I cancel the shipment?

Cargoes that have already been received (invoice number created) are classified and processed for shipment at the distribution center, so shipment cannot be suspended or retrieved.
In the case of unstocked cargo, if you [Delete] the corresponding barcode, it will be returned after a certain period of storage without being stored. (takes about 7-10 days)
Path : [Delivery] > [Delivery Status] > Select order > [Hold Delivery]
